About Total Occupational Medicine

Total Occupational Medicine (TOM) was established in 2003 through an acquisition by Convenient Care, L.L.C., owner of five Lake After Hours urgent care clinics. The idea was simple - combine an after hours urgent care clinic and occupational clinic to provide the best and most comprehensive medical testing and injury treatment to businesses throughout Greater Baton Rouge. TOM is conveniently located at Interstate 12 & Drusilla Lane and is open from 7:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday.  Injuries can be treated at Lake After Hours Drusilla (same location at TOM) until 11:00p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9:00a.m. – 11:00p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.  TOM is dedicated to serving all of your occupational testing and injury treatment needs and can provide your business with a comprehensive occupational medicine and urgent care program that is unique to the Baton Rouge area.
